2) Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older (New Zealand legal gambling age) to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement and will comply with applicable laws in your location.

3) Accounts & security

• Provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may require verification (including age verification) and may suspend access if verification is not provided.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots/automation, or manipulate gameplay or leaderboards.
• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or interfere with the Service.
• Do not attempt to access accounts/systems without authorisation.

5) Virtual currency, items & purchases

Virtual currency/items are licensed to you, not sold. We may modify, re-balance, limit, or remove virtual currency/items and related features at any time. Virtual currency/items are non-transferable and may not be traded or exchanged outside the Service. If in-app purchases are offered, pricing and billing are handled by your app store/platform provider; to the extent permitted by law, purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered.

6) Intellectual property

The Service, software, visuals, and trademarks are owned by Zantrixonz Limited or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive a personal, limited, revocable licence to use the Service for lawful, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms.

7) User content

If you submit content (e.g., chat or profile elements), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, use, and display it to operate and improve the Service. You must have the rights to what you submit.

8) Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and/or reset virtual currency/items) if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or to protect the Service or users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9) Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable) or liability that cannot be excluded.

10) Disputes, governing law

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve issues informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
